Frank Kyle
Sifu Frank began training at Sun and Moon in 2007. Seven years later he received his black belt in Hung Gar from Sifu Tim Quickmire, and in 2017 he became the first person in the history of the school to complete the entire curriculum, earning him the rank of 8th degree black belt. He also holds a black belt in Shuai Chiao (Chinese wrestling) under Sifu Omar Harvin and Master David Lin. He has been an instructor at Sun and Moon since 2009, and his many years of competition experience including World Championship titles in both forms and fighting. Honor, respect, loyalty, health, work ethic, attitude, and self motivation are very important to Sifu Frank and he instills them in everyone he teaches.
Michele Roldan-Shaw

Michele holds a 5th degree black belt in Hung Gar Kung Fu. She began training with Sifu Tim in 2004 and has been an assistant instructor with Sun & Moon since 2007. She also gives seminars and private lessons. Michele has competed in forms and sport fighting, but her primary focus has been using martial arts as a vehicle for personal growth. She specializes in women’s self defense and teaching children discipline, confidence, and self-mastery.
